It takes about two months to turn a tiny plantation into square-shaped flower buds. The cotton plants have these squares. The blossoms open up throughout the course of the next three weeks. Its petals transition from cream to yellow to pink to red at the end. Three days later, they shrivel and collapse, leaving behind cotton ball-like green pods. How do bags get made? Only natural cotton is used to make cotton bags. These cotton balls are processed through several stages to produce cotton bags. The initial step in the process is creating cloth out of threads. The cotton fabric is then cut into various sizes and stretched using a stretching machine as the next stage. A sewing machine is used to create various shapes and motifs out of this stretched material. Where appropriate, business labels and graphics are added to the cotton bags to increase their value.
